I have been slacking at home.
And I have no intention to slack any longer.
holidays are so sad.
so not here not there.
If only there are jobs that are really temporary.
all the interviews for the jobs are like lame.
They call you when you school starts.
I feel like strangling them.

Anyway, I went to Shenton way to work for a day last week on monday.
It was kinda torturing to work there.

My Job: Sit there
Pick up the phone
Photocopy documents
Do filing
Help them to go to banks and stuff.

Seems like lots of work right.
But the phone rang only like probably ten times throughout the whole day.
I only had probably 25 pieces of paper to photocopy,
filing that could be done in ten minutes
and walking around shenton way trying to find the oh so tall buildings.
And so I was just sitting in front of a computer without a internet connection.
I guess I sat in front of the computer for 6 hours.
It was so painful and time was crawling slower than a snail.
I tried playing solitaire and the pinball game on the computer.
I played solitaire the whole day and I only won the game 4 times.
Then during the last 5 mins, I played pinball.
its either the games are hard to play or that I am not that good at them yet.
But I believe after that day at work, I am quite good at solitaire now.

I think I am choosy.
But I just cant sit around and do nothing.
Because I just cant.

I was supposed to go to NUS today.
I was so excited. I mean really really excited
cos I thought I could meet kayaKING there.
but it just seems that meeting is hard.
and being friends is even harder.

I talked to my friend last night.
and there was this part where
I was yakking about kayaKING.
I admire her patience and the fact that
she did not put down the phone.
Haha. then she told me.
It is going to be sunny tomorrow.
Because you wont see kayaKING unless it rains.
and guess what?
it was pouring so heavily today!!
we had to go to clementi together all the way.
and throughout the whole journey,
I was telling her that it rained.
So I could see what I want to see!
But in the end, we didnt go to NUS.
its not her fault la. Anyway NUS is so huge.
And I believe she would love to see him around too.
But I was quite disappointed.because at the end,
the chance of seeing him was 0.01%.
and I was not that lucky for the 0.01% of chance to take place.
Anyway I had a great day still.
Having that nice friend to talk to.
And irritating her with my repeated questions.
And also discussing about the white pants.
it was TOTALLY enjoyable and hilarious.

and we talked about this too.
"are you thinking what I am thinking B1?
I think I know what you are thinking B2."

Crazy people like us come up with crazy imaginations.
But when crazy people go out together,
the imaginations become bizarre.

Aunty Nancy didnt come today for Gkidz.
So I was left alone to handle all those kids.
I must say that Aunty Nancy is really good with those kids.
I knew it was going to be tough.
I was quite worried the kids would find me boring and they would be all over the place and probably entertain themselves with more interesting stuff like running round the whole room.
Anyway, I prayed that the Lord would help me and that the children will not go missing or else.

And amazingly when we had small group time, MOST of them listened and sat down.
But I tell you its not simple at all.
some of those kids are so energetic and stubborn, they just have to be on their feet.
And they can run around the whole room and later tell you that they behaved themself and they deserve a sticker.
the boy is quite funny or probably he was just trying to be funny with me.
but later, the boy managed to sit down on his butt.
YOU KNOW HOW?

the biscuit - WANT WANT rice crackers and the WANT WANT stickers.
when he saw the biscuit (WANT WANT) in my hands, he sat down in the circle quietly and joined the rest in doing their drawings.
I found it rather amazing.
I still cant believe that WANT WANT can do such wonders.
If my teacher gave me WANT WANT and asked me to sit down, I think I would still run around.
BECAUSE I have money to buy WANT WANT for myself. :)
But you see, those kids. Whoa.
they are really funny.
those kids actually allowed me to see that they are easily contented.
and when you are easily contented, you will be a happy person.

No wonder God loves little children so much.
Although all these were not easy at all, I learnt so much and no children went missing.

I went to Genting recently.

We arrived at Genting at about one plus and spent about an hour or two

waiting for our turn to check into the hotel.

It was horrible and painful having to sit on that hard chair and trying

to watch cartoon network on the tv with your head tilted.

We were so bored, we ate this crunchy guava that we bought in Malaysia.

It was really crunchy and juicy and BIG. And we ate till only the core was left.
HAHA. bored and bored.

When we could finally check into the hotel, our butts were hurting.

All of us fell soundly asleep on the bed.

We actually planned to go to the theme park.

But we were so tired we slept till 6pm.

So we went for dinner instead. Yummy I must say.

We decided to go to the Theme park the next day.

We were so hardworking!

We all woke up at 8am to go to the Theme park!

Can you see the people on the roller coaster? They look so terrified. LOL.
We even took the monorail after all the roller coasters.

Look at Mr energizer! He surely lives up to his name.

Haha. That's my friend. Mr kool. He climbed on the tree just to offer me that ice-cream. so sweet right. :)

This is the sky in Genting. nice right? its really beautiful and clear.
I must say God was a real great and amazing creator of the world!

One of the rides that we took was this Pirate Ship. It is new there. Haha.

The queue was amazing.

We also took the train. We were in this tunnel.

This flying dragon was a roller coaster that we wanted to take.
But it started to rain when our turn was about to come.

We were so disappointed. But we decided to pray that the rain will stop!

God never fails us! :)

The rain stopped and we took the ride. Hurray!

We went for karaoke later on that day.

It was really fun I must say.

trying to sing all those fei lun hai songs.

it was really funny. HAHA.

We went for supper after that.

Dad and mum went to buy food.

The cook took so long.

We waited and had nothing to do so..

I want to thank my daddy and mummy for those cookies.

Oh i so love them.

Its really yummy and Im not lying!

All good things always come to an end. So its time to go home!

on the way down the hill, we saw clouds at the bottom of the hill.

which means, we were among the clouds! heh.

yea. see those white cotton? they are actually clouds!

Back to Singapore. face the challenges that life has installed for us

and continue being a warrior of light for Jesus!
